When you make an online payment to us, the transaction is handled on our behalf by Protx or PayPal, both highly respected regulated institutions, who have stringent measures in place to protect your data. If you use PayPal we never even see your data. If you use Protx, the website payments system receives the data, passes it to Protx for processing, then deletes it from the system. If we take your order over the phone, we may make a temporary note of your card details. Such notes are destroyed by shredding as soon as we have processed the transaction on Protx's secure server.
