Cocktails and Cold Drinks

Brandy Slush

Serves 16
8 cups water
2 cups white sugar
2 tspn Darjeeling Leaf tea
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
13 fluid ounces apricot brandy

Preparation
In a large saucepan, boil the water. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add the Darjeeling leaf tea, and let sit overnight at room temperature.
In a large freezer proof container, combine mixture with orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and apricot brandy.

Cover tightly, and freeze, stirring every few hours, until frozen.
   
Berry Cranberry Tea

Serves 14
3 1/2 quarts water
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
4-6 tspns of Berry Nice Leaf tea
2 cups white sugar
2 oranges, juiced
2 lemons, juiced
6 whole cloves
1 cinnamon sticks

Preparation
In a large pot, combine water and berry nice fruit tisane. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Cover, and steep for 1 hour.
   
Strawberry Lemonade Slush

Serves 8
6-8 tspns of Strawberry Seduction
3/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup crushed ice
2 cups chilled club soda

Preparation
In a blender or food processor, place the strawberries, concentrate, water and ice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a 2-qt. freezer container. Cover and freeze for at least 12 hours or until icy. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, transfer strawberry mixture to a large bowl; stir in soda.
